I fell down 3 months back from a step. Took pain killers n a tablet called rejoint. I take calcium n b-complex regularly and I am known diabetic n hypertensive n take metosartan 50 mg. Novostatcv10. Riometduo2.n human mixtard insulin. Though its better than before it gets stiffed when I get up in the morning n also when I sit for a longer time. I took an xray at that time itself n there was no fracture. I also consulted a doc he also prescribed some painkillers and calcium supplements n told me there's no fracture. Kindly recommend me some effective tablets. Waiting for your reply. Thanks.

Dear Sir, I am suffering from TMJ dysfunction from last 2Months, The main problem is that I am feeling clicking during my mouth opening and closing. For that problem I had also consult with one Maxillofacial /orthodontist and they had done Occlusion treatment and now they are asking for Splint for 6-8Months. But after my Occlusion treatment I am feeling Muscle tension Headache and minor pain in my TMJ side. (Note:- My first doctor (Mr. Manish Sharma) referred me to another doctor (Varun) for Occlusion treatment) Please suggest whether should I go with splint or not because doctor is not sure for 100% improvement in my TMJ problem. I am taking below medicine during my treatment:- 1). Rejoint 2). Mahagesic MR-4mg.

Splint is usually use to diagnose the tmj dysfunction. So many times splint helps to reduce tmj pain.

It depends on the grade of your knee joint involvement In stages 3 and 4 glucosamine may not have much benefit For pain better to start exercising and use Physical modalities to relieve the pain

You take homoepathic medicine Rhus tox-1M & Kali Iod-1M and go for physio therapy and avoid walking.
I have started jogging/brisk walking 11 months ago. After 8 months I have started experiencing pain near knee. Consulted a doctor, he told its wear and tear of muscles. He advised me to take Rejoint tablet and calcigard Forte for 1 month. After 1 month I got relief and no pain was there. Again I started jogging/brisk walking, but pain started again after 4-5 days. Please advise what to do.
