Qcard Capsule contains ubidecarenone. It is used as a preventive therapy for aging heart problems, and in treating heart failure, gum diseases, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Ubidecarenone is also being used as supportive therapy for various nerve and muscle-related disorders, as well as few rare inherited disorders.
Ubidecarenone is a fat-soluble compound (chemical) synthesized by the body, required for the proper function of many organs and chemical reactions in the body. There is nothing like you need to drink lima only. They must be probably prescribing lemon water. but packaged cool drinks are not good.

Regular massage skin with moisturiser. And use glycerin soap. And for hair massage with good quality homeopathic hairoil and medicine.
