Hello
please visit cardiologist nearby. And also do bp monitoring -check your bp daily for 7 days at different timings.
Your cardilogist may ask you to do some tests as you are young to have high bp. To rule out causes for high bp. If hypertension is confirmed he may start you with bp lowering medicines. Reduce your salt intake to minimum. You have not mentioned the weight here but reducing weight and starting exercize like walking may help you to lower your bp.
Thanks and regards.
Wish you good health.
Hi. The best. It's good that you are taking your BP medicines regularly. Taking medicines regularly and controlling your BP will give you great benefit in long time. Definitely it is good if you have a BP instrument at your home. All digital BP machines available in the market are good. You can trust Omron brand. Take care.
The majority of which are for use on the upper arm, although they also offer a small range of wrist-mounted monitors. Omron kindly sent us their BP786 monitor for review, which is the latest device in their popular "10 series.
This is very significant difference between two arms if bp was taken properly. You need to consult cardiologist immediately and may require physical examination and 2decho.
