Hello
please visit cardiologist nearby. And also do bp monitoring -check your bp daily for 7 days at different timings.
Your cardilogist may ask you to do some tests as you are young to have high bp. To rule out causes for high bp. If hypertension is confirmed he may start you with bp lowering medicines. Reduce your salt intake to minimum. You have not mentioned the weight here but reducing weight and starting exercize like walking may help you to lower your bp.
Thanks and regards.
Wish you good health.
