What are the nutrients that our face skin needed for whiten and glowing skin? And how we can get those nutrients?
A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables ? Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains ? Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts ? Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients.

take 20 ml guduchi qwath daily...drink plenty of fluids...eat healthy n proteinitious diet...avoid oily n spicy food...take 1 basil leaf empty stomach early morning daily..

Hi, if you are working out, you need to include, pre and post workout meals to stay healthy. Pre workout should be a good carb source to keep you energetic like a fruit, almonds etc. Post workout shoulds be a combo of protein and carb, like peanut butter on multigrain toast, fruit milkshake, eggs and toast etc. For more details please connect via Lybrate private chat. Hi, fishes are high in essential fats like omega-3 fatty acids. This is good for your heart, lungs and overall immunity. Tuna, mackerel (bangda), salmon are suppose to be high in omega-3 fats. Green leafy vegetables yellow and orange coloured fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin a and good for your eyes.
