Yes you can gain weight naturally. Gymming and increasing muslce weight will help. Eat breakfast within one hr of waking up. Take carbohydrate rich meals for brekafast for gaining weight like poha, upma, parathas, sandwiches, oat meals, idlis gradually increase the qty of rice, rotis, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas in your lunch and dinner along with protein foods like dal dahi chicken eggs fish sprouts paneer etc. All the best.

Research on whether saw palmetto works to treat hair loss is limited but promising. An extract of saw palmetto berries may block 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to dht. Dht is the molecule responsible for hair loss and also is involved in the enlargement of the prostate. Saw palmetto generally is considered to be safe, but it's not recommended for children, or pregnant and breastfeeding women. Rare side effects include mild headaches and stomach pains.

I am 32 years old men. I take biotin 10000 mcg supplement everyday. Its running 2 years. And also Saw palmetto� natural DHT blocker supplement eat continue 2 years. Sir I want to Know have any side effect of this supplement if I continue eat. Sir I have androgenic alopecia.
