- To keep you agile & alert after exercise you should have a protein + carbohydrate snack half to one hour before exercise like a cheese sandwich, a banana with a cup of milk, an egg & whole wheat toast & also a snack after exercise
- include a protein rich food in each of your meal & also as a snack in between meals when you feel hungry
- also keep yourself well hydrated before & after exercise
- supplement powders can affect your liver & kidney if taken for a long time & are also not easily absorbed compared to natural foods so increase your protein food intake rather than taking a supplement
- consult a dietician on forum for your daily calorie & protein requirement as per your activity level, dietary habits & constitution.
