Hi lybrate-user, here are some healthy meal options for you: / Oatmeal: There is still much debate whether it?s good for you or not. But the fact is that oatmeal tastes great and it keeps you fuller for so much longer than any other food. It?s also filled with fiber. Make sure to opt for plain oats rather than the flavored kind, as the latter is filled with artificial flavoring and sugar. / Almonds: These are rich in monosaturated fat and contain Vitamin E. Together they combat belly fat and help reduce cholesterol. / Olive Oil: Whenever you?re cooking, try to include more olive oil. The hormones present in olive oil trick your brain into thinking that your stomach is full. You could even try consuming a tablespoon of olive oil 15-20 minutes before your dinner in order to eat less. / Green vegetable: Including green vegetables, like kale, lettuce and spinach during your lunch and snack time, in order to feel fuller for longer and to prevent yourself from going in for something unhealthy. / Dark chocolate: It is filled with zinc and other goodness that help increase body?s satiety levels. Dear all, I'm 25 years old height is 163 cm and weight is 45 kg. I requested here on my earlier post for increase my weight. I was suggested to take some nutrition supplement to increase my weight .now I'm started taking daily nutrition juice which I'm making my myself with 1 apple ,1 banana ,some dates, peanut butter 1 spoon ,milk ,dry grapes little and vey little amount of chocolate syrup for taste. This mixture is okay are I want to add some more nutrition fruits. Please suggest me .thanks for your valuable support.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * To gain weight, First take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of Bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * After 2 hours of breakfast, Take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of Careals (Moong/Chana Daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of Dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of Dates (khajoor). * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, to reduce weight you need to do some modifications in your diet such as - take whole grain cereals like oats, daliya, etc. Instead of refined cereals like maida - drink 2-3l water daily - include more salad and green leafy vegetables in your diet - drink 2-3 jasmine green tea daily - do 45 min brisk walk daily - avoid fried food, sugary food and carbonated drinks.
