Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Consult with your nearest Qualified Physiotherapist for clinical evaluation and treatment. After running pain at calves and shin bone (tibia) can be due to RSI (Repetitive Stress Injury), which can be effectively dealt under a supervision of a Qualified Physiotherapist. Good luck!

It will not help. How much water do you drink. Most common cause of dry skin is drinking less water. Drink at least 2-3 l water. Also apply moisturiser every day.

Yes first of all you should know what has happened to you ,here we go- The excessive force causes the muscles to swell and increases the pressure against the bone, leading to pain and inflammation. Shin splints can happen to  Athletes with muscle weakness of the triceps surae are more prone to muscle fatigue, leading to altered running mechanics, and strain on the tibia. Inflexibility and imbalance of the hamstring and quadriceps. Running on a hard or uneven surface and bad running shoes (like a poor shock absorbing capacity) Biomechanical abnormalities as foot arch abnormalities, hyperpronation of the foot, unequal leg length.  2-6 weeks of rest.  The cryotherapy can be used after exercise for a period of 20 minutes Go to a good Physiotherapist. Its not well researched. Usually a graded exercise program for stretching tight gastroc soleus and strengthening ankle dorsiflexors can help get rid of pain. Good luck for speedy recovery.
