Interesting question but everyone looses around 100 hair per day. Here is a list of superfoods which help to reduce hair fall and make your hair healthy :) 1- Grains and pulses ? oats and lentils. 2- Vegetables- spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes. 3- Fruits- strawberries and foods containing Vitamin C like - oranges, papaya and lime. 4- Animal foods and dairy products- eggs, yogurt, chicken. All these foods have nutritents like vitamin A, beta carotene, biotin, omega 6 fatty acids, zinc , iron , selenium and protein all of which are very essential for healthy lustrous hair .

Hi, For growth of hair vitamin b2 and vitamin e are essential and for nutrients you should go for green leafy vegetables and fresh juices.

Very harmful chemicals can damage your hairs with or without pregnacy. Reverse is also true. Natural remedies will not harm you irrespective of pregnancy. There is no topical effect of medicines be it hair fall, greying or furcations. Please do consult a dermatologist/ Tricologist for expert opinion.

Lybrate-user everyone has different lifestyle and body. There is no fit for all diet chart. You need customized diet plan along with proper workout schedule. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours.
