Hi, what is good food for vitamin d and calcium? I have vitamin d and calcium deficiency.
The best natural source for vit d is sunlight, a walk for 10-15 min in morning sunlight is required, dietary rich sources are fish like salmon, tuna, mackeral, organ meat like liver, eggs, cheese, milk & fortified milk, orange juice, cereals - take calcium supplements like cacimax, shelcal or ostocalcium.
