every digital glucometer shows -20 or +20 readings. So the best and perfect reading is shown in blood sugar fasting and postprandial investigations only.
So use of digital glucometer is only for a rough figure of reading.
Usually in most cases, the difference is not more than +/- 5 to10 mm Hg but it entirely depends on the apparatus being used and whether the cuff is tied appropriately or not.
