But in your scenario, we should first rule out the cause of white patches, whether they are formed due to dryness per se or due to any other skin diseases like vitiligo etc. Depending on the cause ,venusia max can help you out. If wrinkles appears due to dryness ,venusia cream helps to some extent. But ,wrinkles can be due to multiple other reasons too, where venusia max (moisturizer) cannot help you much.

Use venusia max lotion 3 times initaily for 7 days, then use for 4 timjes 7 days, then 2 times follow up in 7 days.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises-
