6 helpful home remedies for blackhead/whiteheads removal 1. Toothpaste-- you just apply a thin layer of toothpaste on the affected area and leave it dry for 25 minutes, then rinse it. You are advised to do that every two days and maintain this work during two weeks. 2. Lemon-- To remove blackheads/ whiteheads on the nose with lemon, you can apply one of the three following methods: You wash your face with lukewarm water before applying a mixture of one lemon juice with a little salt on the nose. Then, you leave it for 20 minutes before rinsing the face skin with lukewarm water. You mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Then, you stir the mixture to apply to the nose. After that, you wait 5 to 7 minutes before cleaning the face with water. You blend lemon juice with cinnamon powder and apply them to the nose and keep it overnight. 3. Oatmeal-- you simply mix oatmeal and rose water to create the glutinous flour. You use the hands to spread it on the nose or the entire face. About 15 minutes later, you wash the face with water. You will feel that the skin in this area become smoother and brighter. You should apply this method several times a week to quickly remove blackheads. 4. Rice water-- you soak rice in fresh milk or cold water for 5 hours, then put it to the grinder and wait until the rice, water, and milk combine with each other to form a dense mixture which is then applied to the nose. When it becomes dry, you remove the mask from the nose and clean the nose with water. 5. Coriander-- To have a mask made from coriander, you need to pick a wisp of fresh coriander that is mixed with water to grind finely. Then, you blend this mixture with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and put it on the nose. After waiting 15 minutes, you clean the nose thoroughly. It is suggested to do that every day so that blackheads will be swept away. Coriander juice is mixed with lemon juice in the same proportion. Then, you apply the solution to the nose or the affected skin. Then, you leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse the face thoroughly. 6. Honey-- The simplest way to treat blackheads is to gently rub the honey to the nose and the affected area. You leave it for about 15 minutes before cleaning the face with water. Another way is to blend 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of aloe vera juice to spread on the blackheads. 15 minutes later, you rinse with lukewarm water.

For skin lightening, probably the best thing available in your home is lemon. Lemon contains citric acid, which has exfoliating properties. This natural chemical peeling cleanses the outer layer of skin from dead cells, dirt, and grease. It will also help you get rid of dark spots, pimples, etc. and will give you a perfectly glowing skin. Please note: If you have dry skin and are going to lighten your skin with lemon, be sure to moisturize after washing your face. Try these refreshing Lemon masks: LEMON & TOMATO MASK: Mix pulp of one medium sized grated tomato with few drops of lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your face including the neck region. Leave for 15 minutes and then wash your face with cool water CUCUMBER & LEMON MASK: Mix an equal amount of lemon & cucumber juice. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash your face with warm water. TURMERIC & LEMON MASK: For this mask, you will need a ½ teaspoon of turmeric and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Prepare a paste and apply it your face in circular motions. Leave this mask on your face for 10 minutes and then wash it off. HONEY & LEMON MASK: This mask made from lemon and honey (50 gm honey & 5 drops of lemon juice) is used in the morning hours, 45 minutes before taking a bath. If you wish to apply this mask in evening, then make the paste thick by adding gram flour. After using this mask, apply a nourishing cream. Some other good remedies are: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. CHAMOMILE STEAM: Make 2 cups of chamomile tea and add fresh rose petals to it. Then take this soothing steam while it is still hot. (Put a bath towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping) CURD AND MULTANI MITTI: Curd has lactic acid that has bleaching properties which will lighten your complexion faster. Mix 1 tablespoon of Multani mitti with 1 tablespoon of curd and get a thick paste. If it is too thick, add rose water and slather all over your face, rinse after 20 minutes.

Research suggest in usa-topical use of aloe gel is generally well tolerated. However, there have been occasional reports of burning, itching, and eczema with topical use of aloe gel. Oral use of aloe latex can cause abdominal pain and cramps. Oral consumption of aloe leaf extracts (for as little as 3 weeks and as long as 5 years) has been related to cases of acute hepatitis. Animal studies have noted an association between aloe vera leaf extract taken orally and gastrointestinal cancer in rats and mice; however, concerns were expressed about the differences in the product used in that study and those commonly used by consumers. thus, more research is needed to assess the relevance to human health. Overuse of aloe latex may increase the risk of adverse effects from the drug digoxin, used for some heart problems. Aloe?both in gel and latex form?when taken by mouth may be unsafe during pregnancy and brest feeding you can google for more information my suggestion avoid because these are not scientific approved.
