Indications

Hyperacidity, Eructation, Heart burn, Water brash, Flatulence, Indigestion, Gastritis, Colic.


Composition



Each 5ml contains :

Alumina 3x 0.005 gm.
Antimonium crudum 3x 0.005 gm.
Carbo vegetabilis 3x 0.010 gm.
Carica papaya Q 0.010 ml.
Cinchona officinalis Q 0.020 ml.
Hydrastis canadensis Q 0.020 ml.
Lycopodium clavatum Q 0.050 ml.
Magnesia carbonica 3x 0.100 gm.
Natrum phosphoricum 3x 0.050 gm.
Nux vomica Q 0.020 ml.
Pepsin 3x 0.050 gm.
Robina pseudocacia Q 0.050 ml.
Terminalia chebula Q 0.050 ml.
Zingiber officinale Q 0.050 ml.
Alcohol 9.60 % v/v
In Sorbitol Base.


Dosage: One or two teaspoonful after food thrice a day or as directed by the Physician.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. Take following remedies 1. Alovera juice 4tsp+ 1 tsp honey after dinner 2. Amal juice 4tsp +2 tsp sugar + 2tsp honey empty stomch in the morning.

Dear lybrateuser, - You can have coffee at 6 in the evening only if it doesn't keep you awake till late night or interfere with a sound sleep for 6-8 hrs at night - if you feel that you have disturbed interrupted sleep then have it by 3 or 4 O ' clock.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done
