Composition

Each 5ml contains:

Phytolacca berry Q 1.00ml.
Fucus vesiculosus Q 0.75 ml.
Graphites 3x 0.75 gm.
Calcarea carbonica 3x 0.50 gm.
Spongia tosta 3x 0.75 ml.
Croton tiglium 3x 0.50 ml.
In Aqua Destillata.


Dosage: Take 8 to 10 Drops in half cup of water daily 3 times before meals. Or as directed by the Physician.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Add honey to your child diet. 2) Give your child liquids to keep hydrated. 3) Give some raw fruits and vegetables. 4) Give a healthy breakfast and snacks. 5) Avoid processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items. 6) Keep your child engaged in activity rather than exercise. 7) yoga 8) Give atleast 4 to 5 meals in a day. 9) Don't skip meals and especially breakfast. 10) Get qualityful sleep. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.
