About Xinasone Hp Cream

Xinasone Hp Cream belongs to the family of corticosteroids. It is anti-inflammatory in nature, and relieves skin conditions like rashes, redness, itching, irritation, and some types of psoriasis. The mode of administration is topical.

Local adverse effects include mild burning sensation at the site of application, itching, irritation, dryness, hypertrichosis, acneiform eruptions, dermatitis, secondary infections and other skin conditions. While these localized side effects are generally typical of topical corticosteroids, their chances of incidence increase with occlusive dressings. This medicine can be used along with others, as there have been no records of adverse drug interactions yet.
