Tenoric - 50 Tablet

Tenoric is known to be a beta blocker along with diuretic in combination. This drug slows down the effect of some chemical that occurs in the body, for instance epinephrine. It does so to enhance the function of the heart and blood vessels. It also functions by increasing the sodium and potassium elimination from the body through urine.

The drug lowers blood pressure as well as heart rate, thus causing less strain on the muscle. The medicine should be taken as per dosage on the prescription. Over dosage of the drug can lead to complications. Depending on the affects the drug has on a patient, the doctor may make variations to the dosage.   If you miss a dose of Tenoric - 50 Tablet, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.

  Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

Tenoric blocks beta receptors sites in the heart, blood vessels, and lungs. This results in inhibition of epinephrine resulting in relaxed blood vessels, thus the pressure is lowered and blood flow to the heart is improved. The diuretic constituent present in medicine is used to treat hypertension. Due to the sodium and chloride symporter inhibition, as a result of the drug use, the elements do not get reabsorbed in the blood stream.
