I am 23 year old male, and the headache is on one side of the head, at times, and on the other side of the head, at other times, and sometimes, it involves whole head. At times, there is pulsating pain, and at times its a constant load. I don't think there are any specific triggers but travelling causes more severe headaches, and lack of appetite also causes them. They happen more than twice a week, at times lasting for 72 hours, mild to moderate intensity. I do feel pain behind the eyes, and pressing on the eyebrows, painkillers, and sleep provides some relief.

I have migraine/severe head pressure since september 2018 with dizziness/vertigo sensation and dot dot black spot/dark cloudy vision 24 hours since 2018. I was on sibelium topamax 0.50, these didn't help, infact topamax had side effects on me. My brain ct scan and common blood tests were normal. I consulted then gastroenterologist for malabsorption underweight and took medicines 6 months. But nothing worked, all the time 24 hours same dizziness vertigo sensation (specially when incomplete sleep or stress happens, these conditions like dark spots ,dark vision ,dot dot black spots/vertigo dizziness increases upto extreme. When sibelium topamax didn't help, I visited another neurologist and since 19 feb 2020 I am on inderal la 20 one tablet, dicorate er 500 one at night ,zapiz 0.25 once for one month then 0.25×2 at night but I only feel 15% better. Specially zapiz helped me to relax, so what I do please help me, I want to get rid of this hell life. I also have insomnia for years but now am getting some sleep but not on time. From 2013-2017 I was in depression anxiety, then it was all normal. Only I had packs till 2020 march, I can say its all related to my migraine. When it increases my anxiety panic increases too but when migraine goes down, I feel so relaxed. Although I have migraine from 2012, and anything like sound lights food affected me, it is extremely severe since 2018, please help me, should I continue inderal zapiz, dicorate er 500 or take other medicines?

For the treatment of migraine attacks, drug therapy can be abortive wherein stopping the attack and preventive wherein we are aiming to prevent future attacks. Inderal is an abortive medication use of which should be limited as much as possible. The other two are anti anxiety and prophylactic medications which are to be taken for longer periods. If inspite of on medication, either the attacks frequency or severity is bothersome, interventional pain management can be used wherein targeted nerve blocks are given in order to prevent pain sensations from reaching the brain. You can get in touch for a further detailed discussion.

Side effects points of view ,or any other reason which among these naxdom 250, sibelium 10 mg, tryptomer 25 mg tablet are best for migraine.

Naxdom is combination of analgesic and antiemetic. Its good for relieving acute exacerbations, not as prophylactic medication. Other two-tryptomer and sibelium are used as prophylaxis. Cannot compare naxdom with other two where as tryptomer has better safety profile compared to sibelium.

Due to the side effects of sibelium 10 mg that I took for migraine prevention, I developed a mild tremor and restless legs. I am taking calcium, iron, vit c supplements. And also ciplar la 40 for migraine prevention. Now the tip of my toes, finger tips, finger joints, thighs, arms hurt. The pain comes and goes away and sometimes the pain stays for ten minutes before disappearing again. I am facing insomnia due to this. What could be the reason for this pain? Could this be a side effect of a medication? Or is this pain some other problem? Please advice.
