Not at all. You will have no fertility problems in future because of this medication. If it is a heavy cyst like dermoid cyst, it can undergo torsion .If pain and vomiting persist, rescan to exclude this possibility.

Symptoms of gas and indigestion become worse in pregnancy. Divide your meals and take small meals after 2 -3 hours. I think it would help don't take fried, fatty or spicy things which are difficult to digest.

Try to avoid vomitting if you already have by using safeat ante emetic in pregnancy and also have small frequent meal with adequate gap. Do not sleep soon after you have dinner.
Take antacid like gelucil with doctors prescription.
During pregnancy problem of acidity increases. U should ask your gynaecologist if she can continue with rentac. Along with med she can do the following to control acidity problem
1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc
4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep.
5. Maintain active life style
6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods
7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water
9. Curd, cold milk is good for you
10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time

Pantocid will be continue for the initial days of pregnancy. But doesn't exceed it in the later stages as there will be symptoms of pregnancy in later.
