As per guideline directed medical therapy. your father is still having under dosing of medications. Contact your cardiologist and discuss about this. This may improve your father's ejection fraction and may improve symptoms like lower limb swelling.
Dear lybrate-user
you must consult your cardiologist again. It seems the diuretics dose may be a little too much for him, hence the decrease in blood pressure and other related effects. The dose may need to be adjusted based on his response.
A second reason could be a dip in blood sugar .if dapaone has recently been introduced, you may need to check his blood sugar in case it is becoming too low in the evening.
Take care.

Ideal blood pressure goals depend on what pre existing disease the patient has. If no other disease then the target blood pressure is less than 130/80 mm hg. So make sure you get your blood pressure measured by a doctor and if consistently readings are below 130/80 mm hg then medications can be slowly decreased.
