Clonotril 0.5 MG Tablet For Anxiety Disorder

I am advised to take fluanxol 0.5 mg / spenzo 0.5 mg 1-0-1, along with qutipin 100 mg 1-0-1. I am also on venlor xr 75 mg 1-0-1 for depression and clonotril 0.25 mg 1-1-2 for anxiety. My question is :- a) is fluanxol 0.5 mg / spenzo 0.5 mg banned? B) if not, can I take it with other medications? Please confirm.

I understand your concerns about medication safety, especially when taking multiple medications. Here's some general information about the medications you mentioned: Fluanxol (Flupentixol): This is an antipsychotic medication often used for schizophrenia or other similar conditions. It can also be used in lower doses for depression. Spenzo (Etizolam): This is a medication that is used for anxiety. It belongs to a class of drugs similar to benzodiazepines and has sedative and muscle-relaxant effects. Qutipin (Quetiapine): This is an antipsychotic medication often used to treat bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and as an add-on treatment for depression. Venlor XR (Venlafaxine): This is an antidepressant that belongs to the class of serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). Clonotril (Clonazepam): This is a benzodiazepine used for anxiety and seizure disorders. Regarding your specific questions: a) Banned Status: The status of medications can vary by country and region. Fluanxol and Spenzo are not universally banned but may have restrictions in certain regions. It's important to check the regulations and guidelines in your specific location. b) Combining Medications: Taking multiple medications can increase the risk of side effects and drug interactions. It is essential to follow the advice of a healthcare professional who is familiar with your medical history and the specific medications you are taking. They can provide guidance on whether these medications can be taken together, appropriate dosages, and monitoring for side effects or interactions. Remember, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication regimen, especially when dealing with complex treatments involving multiple drugs. They can give you the most accurate and personalized advice based on your health needs and current medical condition.

If you feel like your depression or anxiety or for whatever reason it was started, is no longer an issue you can certainly stop it. However, you may need guidance from your psychiatrist regarding how to do so to avoid withdrawal which some patients face. A gradual taper down in the dosage is recommended. If you need to consult us for a second opinion kindly do so with the help and guidance of the Lybrate staff.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) CBT is one of the most successful ways to deal with anxiety. Multiple doctors and therapists recommend I do it. I still have yet to do it so I can't say from personal experience that it's successful, but I know from careful research, it is very helpful. Therapy, in general, is very helpful as well. Not many people understand or have time to listen to what you want to talk about, but therapists are paid to do that very thing. In fact, they are curious to learn more about you and help you decide for yourself what kind of feelings you have and what patterns you have when responding to stress or other factors that cause anxiety. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps patients understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors. CBT is commonly used to treat a wide range of disorders including phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety. What Is Cognitive Behavior Therapy? Cognitive behavioral therapy Mindfulness This one I have done for several weeks with my therapist and it was really helpful for me to keep me relaxed and at ease. Think of meditation but for less time and focused on muscle relaxations. It helps a lot and there are a lot of videos on YouTube that you can watch to get a better idea of what it's like. Mindfulness (psychology) Get a pet Simple and straightforward. When I was dealing with Anxiety, one thing I did was get a dog. Not a therapy dog, just one I found at a pound. She's a corgi mixed and has been awesome to have around. The best thing about pets are they are nonjudgmental, they love you all the time, and they are great at keeping you company. I have had my dog for two years and I haven't had panic attacks since (except a few, but even then she wasn't there). Even when I'm without her sometimes, I still feel a lot better having her around. Dogs are great companions and they give you purpose and teach you how to be responsible.

If you really want to come off of your medication, it has to be done in consonance with your doctor and with some help from counseling. Mere use of medication will not resolve this problem. It is in the combination that you can slowly wean off the medication but always in consultation with your doctor. If this is a recent phenomenon, you could just do all of the recommendations suggested below. If the fear is more from childhood, you will need to work with a counselor and follow the suggestions below. The counselor will help you see what are the things frightening you, and why now. Sometimes a recent event may have triggered what was lurking under the surface for a long time. That too must be identified and dealt with. In that case you may be taking normal fear and converting it into abnormal fear like panic and so on. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from panic to normal fear. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the panic with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. The earlier you tackle this, the easier it is going to be.

Dear Ramakrishna, Please do relaxation techniques under psychologist's supervision progressively at least for 2 weeks daily. If you are able to do it on your own daily in a progressive way for 3-6 months, you will be able to get out of feliz and clonotril. For the time being, you can stop clonotril. Feliz s plus has clonazepam in it. In the long run, you need to undergo therapy to deal with your anxieties.

Dear Lybrate user I read your concern. I would suggest you to take counseling along with medicines for your anxiety and sleeping problem. Medicines are alright for sometime but in the long run they are not good. Medicines have side effects. But with counseling, you can better understand the root cause of your anxiety and sleep disturbance. Moreover, suicidal thoughts can be handled by cognitive behavioral therapy, by changing your thought pattern. Medicines can give you results in short time span but are not good in the long run, whereas, counseling is a slow process but can resolve the problem from its roots. For online counseling, you can contact me or for face to face, you can go to a psychologist near you.

Dear user, nervousness or anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. For more anxiety / psychology related information and videos please visit and subscribe to this link - url Ly/psychologyforall. I need to know more about your anxiety so that I will be able to diagnose it properly and provide you tips to overcome and manage your anxiety. Take care.

Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly, you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: the former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the later, by exercises and proper diet. You need good sleep too. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case, fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Prayer is really powerful, if you are a spiritual person. Repeat some personally framed affirmations that are geared to calming you down and building confidence. Do a personality development course too. Anything that develops you personally will be of great assistance in building resilience.
