About Bus Q Tablet
This medicine is composed of Bromhexine and Guaifenesin. It is used for clearing mucus from the respiratory tract and hence treats chest congestion. The drug belongs to a group of medications called mucolytics, which works by breaking mucus down so that it is easier to cough out.
