Though the process might look elaborate an average teeth cleaning takes less than an hour. Dentists advise such a cleaning once in every six months. Having a teeth cleaned can prevent gum diseases and since there exists a link between our cardio and the gums it reduces the further risk of heart ailments and strokes.
