 I am Dt. Arti Jain, Dietitian/Nutritionist, I have more than 14 years of experience. Obesity is a very small word but sike piche bahut sare harmful affects hain. I would like to share 1 fact with you. According to ICMR report 2015, around 135 million people obesity se affected hain. Globally 650 millions log aise hain jo obesity se suffer kar rahein hain. Iski vajaha se 2.8 million death ho rahi hain because of obesity. Ye humari body ke sath aisa kya karta hai? Mai aap ko conditions explain karti hun. Jaise hi aap apna day start karte hain, you start feeling lethargic. Shaam hote hote aisa lagta hai ki aap ki body mein energy bachi hi nahi hai. Jaise hi aap kisi activity ya sports mein interest show karte hain, but because of obesity aap ki body se flexibility chali jaati hai. Agar aap service karte hain toh kahin na kahin apni position ko maintain karne ke lia aap stressful hain. Itni stressful life mein hum apni health ke baare mein bhul hi gaye hain. Ye sari conditions aap ke haath mein hai but you are not dedicated to recover your health.
