  4. Standing: This is yet another challenging sex position. It requires the man to lift the woman in one way or the other. If the couple faces each other, upper and core leg strength comes into play. If the woman chooses to stand on one leg instead, the core muscle is in play to keep her balance and leg muscles are in work to ensure that she can stand upright. If, however, a woman chose to wrap her legs around the man, she would require very good flexibility and strength of the arm muscles to ensure that can hold on without losing her balance.
