Undescended Testis

- Undescended testis is the one which is not located in the scrotum,
- Either palpable in groin or in abdomen,
- More common in premature born babies,
- To be awaited for 3 to 6 months for testis to descend on its own
- Kid should get operated betwen 6 to 10months
- Delaying more than that wil result in changes in testis which wil lead to infertility and cancerous changes later.
