Treatment Of Leucorrhoea!

Good morning all readers. Leucorrhoea. My clinical case 22. Presenting complaints. A girl aged 15 yrs came to me with the complaints of white discharge since 3 yrs. She came to my clinic on month of july, white discharge, creamy, white, acrid and corroding the linen, itching of private parts, burning after scratch, attained menarche at the age of 15 yrs on month of april, lmp- june 12, lasting 5 days, regular cycle, menses dark red, watery with stinking odour, staining and corroding the linen, sometimes mixed with small clots, lower abdomen and low back pain during menses. Physical generals. Sleep - normal, but dreams with routine activities, thirst - thirsty, drinks large quantities of water at frequent intervals, appetite- normal, sweat- scanty, thermal- hot, dislike sun exposure for prolonged time, desire- pungent food and warm foods aversion - sour food. Past history- chicken pox last year, frequent abdominal pain, normal delivery to her mother, birth weight - 2.5 kg, mile stones normal. Family history- one elder sister - she too similar complaints, mother - renal calculi, inguinal hernia, father - diabetic. Personal history- the whole family and her home is untidy, no knowledge of hygeine, studying 11 the std. Mind - interest in studies, memory power weak, maths calculation poor even though interest in maths, violent on anger, destruction of things, teasing playful of others, sensitive, weeps instantly on criticism, interest in sports, reading books in free time, fear of dark, desire for solitude, listening melodious music, loves pet animals, want to dress western fit, bonding with mother than father, since her father is unemployed and alcoholic, mingle easily, loquacious, hobby of collection of stickers and chocolate wrappers of different types. Constitution- lean built, stoop shoulder, wheatish complexion, moderate hair. Selection of remedy - sulphur 200 x. Single dose with placebo for 1 month, reason for selection- hot, thirsty, lean, stoop shoulder, loquacious, weakness of memory, sensitive, unhygienic, violent anger, reading books, collection of wrappers and stickers, desire pet animals, extrovert, discharge offensive and acrid, itching of private parts. Follow up, no medicine, till now she didn't get the complaints, healthy with one dose. Since her mother is my patient, she meets me regularly, appetite improved, anger reduced. Memory improved.
