Sugar cravings are quite common for many between 2 and 6 pm this is the time of the day when your body is at its weakest and your most prone to addictive triggers. If you sugar cravings feel unmanageable but you don't want to eat something sweet because you know you won't feel good afterward, just pop a cardamom pod in your mouth suck on it until your craving passes and then spit it out.
