Personal Tips For Healthy Living
1. Wake up early. It counts.
2. Avoid caffeine as much as possible.
3. Have a solid breakfast, keep counts on your calories' intake. Do not exceed more than 1200 cal in the morning. You can have carbs in the morning, you'll need it.
4. Switch to lemonade/water. Binge drink!
5. Be mobile as much as you can be on your job. Walk, run, sweat, hyperventilate!
6. Have a lunch as if it were your snack, don't, don't, don't eat until you fill. Have enough only to suppress your hunger. If possible, have an afternoon siesta for 1.5 or 2 hours than having coffee. Both are refreshing, but a nap, way much more satisfying!
7. Hit the gym. I mean it. Not less than 40 minutes. That should burn 250 to 300 calories for you.
8. Cut your carbs. I cannot emphasize how important this is. All of us average indian men have their stomachs come out, we look so much bloated already. Have no more than 100 gm carbs for your dinner, along with plenty of lentils and much more protein food such as meat or egg.
9. Sleep like a baby.
10. Keep all your work problems outside the door of your home, as far as possible.
