1.Apply sunscreen everyday: Sun protection is the absolute most important component for healthy skin. Sun degrades the skin collagen and elastin, and affects our body's ability to create healthy new cells. So make it a resolution to never leave the house without applying sunscreen with a SPF of at least 30, even in winter and on cloudy days
2.Moisturiser: Applying moisturiser everyday boosts hydration in your skin, prevents flaking and dullness and creates a protective layer of moisture that lasts all day.
3.Drink plenty of water: The least difficult thing you can do ensure about that your skin care is legitimately hydrated is drinking more water. Drinking plenty of water help flush out toxins from your body.
4. Get sufficient sleep: Set a bedtime and stick to it so that your body gets used to sleeping on time.
5.Eat clean: Make sure you follow healthy diet. Junk food is worst enemy when it comes to getting clear and radiant skin. Make sure to eat all the fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and proteins that you can get your hands on, and avoid junk food whenever possible.
6. Sweat it out on a regular basis: Physical exercise and staying active in general can do wonders for your skin. Make exercise a part of your daily routine.
