Some man are born to control ejaculation, while others can’t.

No one is born with the ability to control ejaculation . Men can learn to control ejaculation similar to the way bladder control (toilet training) is learned at young age..

I can last longer if I stop fantasizing about my stuff.
FACT
The best chance you have of controlling ejaculation is to pay more attention to your body, not less. The “distraction” method may work for some people , some of time , but isn’t a solution, since it takes you away from experiencing sexual pleasure . Most men can learn to both experience full sexual pleasure and control ejaculation. It just takes practice.
