How Diabetes Can Be Controlled By Ayurveda?

Due to a lot of stress, the lack of Physical Activity and Illness contribute towards the rise in the level of glucose in the blood. So one needs to spend a stress-free life or at least try not to take too much pressure, inculcate physical activities and hence prevent illness, so as to prevent Diabetes.

Type 1 Diabetes is caused out of the autoimmune response attacks and goes on to destroy the beta cells that produce insulin in the pancreas.

Imbalance or excess amount of kapha dosha in one s body causes diabetes. Kapha basically helps to govern the physical structure of a human body and take care of several metabolic processes but an excess of it can lead to several problems along with diabetes.

Ayurveda suggests that one should maintain such a diet that would help to pacify the Kapha, which can be done through taking light food, then doing regular exercises and different yogasans to avail the greatest benefits.
