To use methi for hair fall treatment, begin by roasting 2 tables spoons of methi seeds. This must then be ground into a powder and mixed with 2-3 table spoons of water to form a paste. Apply this paste to the scalp and leave for 20 minutes. A methi hair mask can be used twice a week.
