Doc has asked to use below medicine after checking my face. Please let me know how n at what time to use below cream.
1. Sunscreen sper spf 40
2. Olesoft cream.

sper is a sunscreen- apply it during daytime 30 mins before stepping out. Reapply every 3-4 hours
olesoft is a moisturiser. Can apply it before sunscreen.
