I am 62 years. I have been following Lifestyle management to control diabetes for about 6 months. I found spike in my fasting BG levels (basal level) between 120 to 135. After breakfast it comes down to normal. PP BG levels are noted between 130 to 160. No other complaints. But now I would like to know is it good to maintain lifestyle management (without refined carbs and with with food of zero glycemic Index) for long period?
Yes diabetes is known as lifestyle disease..soo lifestyle modification is the main thing..soo ur going right way.u hv to do it regularly throughout the life..with this u need to walk daily.
