Information about Zandu Ultra Power Balm

Zandu Balm Ultra Power is a composition of Menthol, Oil of Gaultheria, Cajuput Oil, Clove Oil and Capsaicin Extract. Menthol penetrates the skin, deep into the muscles whereas Oil of Gaultheria, Clove oil and Cajuput Oil are mild analgesics. Capsaicin is a counter irritant which stimulates the release of a compound involved in communicating pain between the nerves in the spinal cord and other parts of the body thus decreases the intensity of pain signals in the body.
Zandu Balm Ultra Power is used to provide fast & long lasting relief from: Strong Headache, Strong Backache, Strong Knee Pain, Strong Joint Pain, Strong Neck & Shoulder Pain, Sprain, Muscle Pain.

Directions of use: Use it directly on affected area in intervals for 2-3 times a day and massage gently.

Warning: Zandu Balm Ultra Power should not be used on open wounds and bruise marks.

Use under medical supervision.

hello Zandu balm is only pain relief on headache it's not directly relation of scalp and hair fall further consult

I fell down when was 1 years old. My forehead swelled so my parents applied zandu balm to reduce swelling. Swelling reduced but the place where they applied zandu balm become a black mark. Suggest me a treatment to get rid of that black mark.

Such marks do not go away completely. They can be lightened using creams prescribed by dermatologist.

Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises. One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the exercises. However, they should become easier over time. You should be able to notice an improvement after 6 weeks. Make sure you are breathing naturally throughout this process and avoid pushing down as if you are forcing urination. Instead, bring the muscles together in a squeezing motion.
