Xtar toothpaste contains Potassium pyrophosphate, sodium Pyrophosphate and Sodium fluoride. Xtar toothpaste is a specialized toothpaste for calculus prone patients hence it is recommended only as a toothpaste for calculus control. Pyrophosphates (crystal growth inhibitor) removes calcium from the saliva to form a soluble complex that can be rinsed away with water thereby controlling new calculus built up. Any Calcium phosphate that has not yet bonded to teeth is attracted to the Sodium pyrophosphate. When the new compound mixes with water, it is completely dissolved. Fluoride also inhibits the metabolism of acid-producing bacteria thereby indirectly help in tartar control in addition to controlling cavities. Dosage: Brush teeth thoroughly after each meal or at least twice a day. To minimize swallowing by child, use only pea sized amount. Childs brushing and rinsing should be under adult supervision. It should not be taken by children under 2 years without consulting a doctor/dentist. Xtar toothpaste should be recommended for minimum 8-12 weeks.
Start brushing after each meal, use Xtar toothpaste ,,listerine mouthwash once daily at night after brush,,and if still the smell persists get scaling done from a dentist.
Hi,
you can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.
If you want to make teeth white you can do laser bleeching it will give promising results. Ask with your dentist about laser bleeching. Its available in all modern dental clinics. Tooth paste you can ask your dentist which 1 suits you.

All tooth pates do the same job. U can choose whatever flavor you like. What is important is brush bristles must be soft/ medium & proper brushing technique.
Good morning lybrate-user
thanks for the query
all toothpaste are same, it does not matter which toothpaste you are using what matters is how you brush your teeth. Brushing technique is more important than type of paste.
To learn the brushing technique visit your dentist
