Walyte Energy Pineapple Liquid consists of Sodium chloride, Potassium chloride, Sodium citrate, anhydrous Dextrose, Calcium lactate, Magnesium sulphate, and Carbohydrate with Pineapple flavor.

Walyte Energy is a unique oral electrolyte good for gastrointestinal problems, used to prevent or to treat low blood levels of potassium (hypokalemia).

Hello, Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. ? Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. ?Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. ?Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics as per your strength and capacity to strengthen your muscles to enshape your whole body. Tk, plenty of water. Go for jogging,  swimming, skipping, cycling   and hanging on a bar in a garden to stretch your bones to promote your heights.
