Caspa Drop is indicated for use in abdominal colic, abdominal distension, flatulence, gastrointestinal spasm and milk indigestion. It contains herbs that are effective in gastrointestinal disorders - natural carminatives and digestives that help the tender gastrointestinal tract (GIT) of infants. Abdominal distension, trapped wind, milk indigestion and gastrointestinal spasm are taken care of naturally by Caspa drop.

Direction for use:
Infants below 6 months- 5-10 drops, 15 minutes before feed, 3-4 times a day or as directed by physician.

I am diabetic and taking caspa plus at night and my doctor has prescribed stiloz100 and myelogen pg 75 for diabetic neuropathy. Can these medicines be taken to gather at night? Please advice

It's NOT a good idea to take all these medications together. Caspa Plus is Escitalopram with Clonazepam. Of these, Clonazepam is an anti-epileptic. Myelogen PG contains Pregabalin which is again an anti-epileptic. Combining these two for diabetic neuropathy is definitely not advisable. Please talk to your doctor and clarify.

Do you have dandruff problem also. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(a, b and c) 2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Do warm coconut oil massage. You should use aloe vera gel for dark spots n black spots. For oily skin make a paste of besan, pinch of turmeric n rose water. Apply alternate day n wash after 20min. For prevention of acne ayurvedic medicine has good results n it is available. Avoid fried n spicy eatables.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food.
