UV Avo 25+ Lotion protects skin from the harmful effects of the sun s ultra violet rays. UV Avo 25+ Lotion contains Avobenzone, Octyl methoxycinnamate, Oxybenzone and Titanium dioxide.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

I have never used sunscreen so I should purchase spf 30+ sunscreen ,right? So which among following should I purchase menrox sunscreen cream spf30+ u.v. Avo lotion spf30+ u.v avo pro spf30+ gel. All are products by menarini india pvt. Ltd. I have read somewhere on net that higher spf sunscreen cause skin cancer. How many times should I use sunscreen, what is its connection with spf. Or otherwise which sunscreen is good to protect from uva and uvb rays. Sikn is neither oily nor dry.

So which among following should I purchase...

Use sun screen when you are going out. Or cover the skin with mask and cloves and you can avoid sunscreen lotion. Spf 30 does not have any effect. Take spf 100.

I am suffering from black scars on the skin like knees and elbows, hand and legs.

It happens in cold months because of low temperature .u need some natural moisturizer. Like aloe vera jelly mixed in sesame soil on knee / elbows massage gently 3-4 times and while bath scrub with hand towel soaked in aloe liquid /avo cado vitamin D soap.

I am 32 years old male have problem in my face skin, dark spot, scars from more than five years. I have used melacare in past two years back, currently I am using uv avo spf 25+,in day, and night I am using fisioative cream from one year by the help of dermatologist, but till now I didn't got any improvement in my skin, please help me,
