Goodevening mam yes I ahve understood your question. Firstly you must start with a couple of isometric exercises for your knee. Place a towel while lying down under your knee and press it down till about 10 seconds and then release. Then you should raise your leg upto 45 degerees and hold for 10 seconds. Secondly do active knee bending and straightening of knee while in sitting position. Do these exercises every day twice. Please let me know how your feeling.

I am sports man and I want to increase my stamina more and more can you plzz help me.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Right leg sprained severely near knee from inside thigh. Can stand with support but unable to walk w/o support. Local warming and Flexon 2 times a day cont'd. Advise further for recovery.

No hot water fomentation, if its swollen just ice.Lots of ice multiple Tims a day. Will help with swelling and pain. Consult a orthopedic soon

Acne is a common skin condition affecting teenagers as well as adults. Severity varies from person to person so does treatment. Patient may have comedones commonly called black heads and white heads, papules also called bumps, pus filled lesions, nodules and cysts. Patients may have any combination of these. So only we suggest donot self medicate as it is difficult for anyone other than dermatologist to tell what treatment protocol you need. Why I am sporting during ovulation and after ovulation? Last 2 month my periods start with 2 days sporting then nxt 3rd day it will be start bleeding. After that again 12th day light sporting but 13th day increase sporting almost whole day and 14th day same like 12th day and 15th, 16th day no sporting 17th day again whole day sporting (1pad almost) 18th 19th day no sporting 20th day again light sporting. I am 29 years old. And married since 6 years trying to conceive. Last year feb I conceive and march month bleeding and missarag in 7 weeks. And all reports are normal.

Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- gynecolgist. Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
