Abdominal belt is of no use ,provided abdomen is due to LAX abdominal muscles and fat deposition over abdominal wall. For flat tummy eat a healthy protein rich diet ,take fat restricted diet. Do regular exercises ,about 20 minutes walk daily ,stretching exercises ,and breathing exercises. You can do abdominal exercises after 6 months of caeserian.

I gave birth to a child at 29th july 2019. Now my tummy is still fat. Its skin is also nearly hanging. Will the use of abdominal belts help in reducing the size of my stomach or it is just waste of money? thanks for suggestion.

Abdominal belt does not help in long term and occassionally cause temporary harm. Best is start abdominal excercises later and now do other excercises.
