Suggestion:
4 biscuits, two times a day, is fine. Concentrate on milk and milk products they will make you fat. Milk is also the source of quality protein. Our Indian diet is full of fat building meals. But yes consuming good fats is only beneficial, like peanuts, almonds, cashews, fish, eggs etc. These also contain proteins which is a muscle building macronutrient. Carbohydrates also changes to fat if it is not burned.
