Thera B Tablet contains vitamin B complex in combination with other nutrients. Vitamin B complex plays an important role in keeping our bodies running like well-oiled machines. These essential nutrients help convert our food into energy, allowing us to stay energized throughout the day.

Thera-B provides a full-complement of essential B-complex vitamins and related nutrients in high-potency amounts. Inclusion of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), a bioactive form of folate, ensures more immediate effects than folic acid on metabolism. As the only form of folate that crosses the blood-brain barrier, L-5-MTHF is especially useful for supporting neurological system requirements for this nutrient. Activated vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin enhances B12 absorption and bioavailability. Extra amounts of biotin to augment its role for nervous system function and glucose metabolism are added to this yeast-free formula.

1.Thera-Band Shoulder Scapular Retraction- Grasp the band between your hands with slight tension. Keep our elbows bent 90° and pinch your shoulder blades together. Hold & slowly return. 2. Thera-Band Shoulder Shrug- Stand on the middle of the band and grasp both ends by your side, taking up the slack. Keep your elbows straight and lift your shoulders upward. Hold and slowly return. TIP: Avoid bending your elbows to complete the motion.

My son is 3 years old. He has undergone circumcision just 3 days ago. But after coming back to home. The portion started bleeding slowly. Applying b bact ointment 4 to 5 times daily. But bleeding occur from every area. Doctor telling that it is common. please advice me. Is it common or some thing happened in the effected area.

Hi Radha , triple marker is mainly for down syndrome and some of chromosomal abnormalities. Thers no problem to worry about. It's just s marker to identify high risk babies

Sir I feel moderate pain in my back & neck & some time got neck veins twisted for seconds & soon afterwords get back to normal condition(mostly when working on Laptop).I got one stent last year.Some time I feel very little pain beneath heart also. Hi this is dr.Vyas u may have only muscular pain so u need to make it power full so start with gentle warm-up exercise and walking then do some heavy ex. With thera band and correct yr posture coz some time these pain due to wrong postures.
