Right hip joint pain when movement (walking, satir climb, sitting down & up) and minor pain in knee point upper bone when stair climb and small pain in waist in right side. I use medicine as per Dr. Consult ((lycopodium 200 & aurum metallicum 200), (bryonia 30 & ledumpal 200)--no benefit, (bryonia 200 & kali carbonicum 30 ,lords macrotinum 3x, health veda organics glucosamine chondroitin & msm )--pain reduce but not up to relax. Please suggest regarding treatment.(i have x-ray & blood test report also.)

It may be avn or weakness at the hip joint, can you share the reports? Continue with medicines as prescribed by the doc, do apply hot or ice pack twice a day for 15 min to reduce pain, consult with reports for proper assessment so that proper treatment can be prescribed.

Hi Sir, Can Mega Free flex be taken by anyone without prescription? Earlier Doctor had advised Flex a min. Flex a min contains are Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Plus MSM. Where as Mega Free Flex has only first 2.

Glucosamine has no evidence for Treatment of joint pains effectively. Literature says it's not more than Placebo. Rather you can try home made bone broth which gives vital amino Acids and Collagen peptide, Collagen peptide is more helpful in soothing joint pain. MSM may give some relief in mild pain. Curcumin is proven to be more effective in pain relief. Astaxanthin is more effective. Omega 3 fatty acids more than 1000 mg a day is more effective. Boswellia Serrata or Indian Frankincense is more effective when taken in reliable effective dose. Consult your Nutritionally informed Physician for proper prescription and advise or Medical Nutritionist. Good luck!

In gym while doing bench press my shoulder is being hurt I guess. From next day my shoulder was paining. My doctor Gave me muscle relaxant by which now the pain is gone but my shoulder is still giving me popping sound. N when I'm I'm some unorthodox position sometimes my shoulder gives me pinching sensation. That pinching sensation however goes in few secs after warming up my shoulder. I tried glucosamine chondroitin with MsM. It might have worked but not that visible. Please suggest me some medicine or remedy for shoulder popping sound n pinching pain.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Learn shoulder exercises. Don't lift heavy things. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take calcium and methylcobalmine supplement also.

Are glucosamine, chondroitin, msm supplements good for my mother aged 64 with hypertension? She is taking the supplement of glucosamine for knee pain. No blood pressure change noticed upon measurement after she takes the supplement.

It only work in early stage of arthritis. No role in late stage or advanced stage. So better to do xray and decide the stage of arthritis. & yes it can be given in hypertension pt.
