Sunscreen is must. Apply it 30 mins before sun exposure in morning. If not going outside, then also it is imperative to apply sunscreen since uv rays from devices, light coming from windows does have propensity to age our skin and cause sundamage in patients with sensitive skin. Also, reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hourly till 5 o clock in evening. Spf 30+ sunscreens are must. If you have oily face, non comedogenic, gel based formulations should be used.
