Information about Sporlac Powder 4 S

Sporlac powder is a tablet-based form of a powder offered by Sanzyme. This product, which is particularly beneficial for young children, is a lactic acid bacillus tablet. Lactic acid bacillus is a natural probiotic that works to restore a healthy flow of gut bacteria in the digestive tract. This in turn improves how foods are to be digested and will improve any form of discomfort within the body. This can also control cases of diarrhea and other issues that might develop within the gut. These include problems that might have been caused by a lack of development or even from the use of antibiotics.

Use under medical supervision.

Hello lybrate-user, 99% cases of diarrhoeas donot need antibiotics. Plain ors to take care of dehydration & zinc [orally] is more than enough.

Why to worry about 2 to 3 times per day watery motion? Loose stools or diarrhoea in a simple language means to change in frequency and consistency of your son’s stool frequency and consistency than routine. First, our worry should be only not to lose too much water from our child so ensure first adequate hydration don’t jump to medicines if not required really. Second, he is 8 months and if is he breast feeding than beat to ensure good enough breastfeeding first. And if possible than give light complementary diet like khichadi/rice with curd. Don’t worry about smell if your son has no other symptoms. Consult doctor if you find less urine frequency, vomiting which reduce oral intake and other symptoms like fever, blood or mucus in stool. Thanks.
