This homeopathic remedy is prepared from ripe fruit of the Crataegus plant. It is indicated for the following condition

Heart
It is a heart tonic.
It acts on the muscles of the heart.
Hypertension i.e. high blood pressure
Water retention and swelling of body secondary to the heart disease.(congestive heart failure)
Severe breathlessness due to heart complaints.
Angina- pain below the left collar bone
Pulse is irregular, intermittent and feeble.
It has the ability to dissolve the calcareous and crustaceous deposits in the artery, helpful in ischemic heart diseases
Very feeble action of heart

Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
