Boldo or Boldus, Boldea is an evergreen shrub native to South America.

In homeopathy, Boldo is very effective in treating digestive disorders, is an excellent laxative

Used in many liver ailments , is a specific for gall bladder stones and inflammations.

Effective in restoring the function of the liver without increasing the activity of the bowels.


Dose- 15 drops of Boldo mother tincture in half a cup of normal water twice each day for 6 months, unless otherwise prescribed by physician. Can be taken along with other allopathic medicines.

Side effects- None

Precautions

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
