My advice is sanitary pads are gud than menstrual cup. Some patients told me by using menstrual cups leakage is more.

Hello Lybrate-user, It is the best method and very easy to use. The only thing is if you are virgin then it may cause hymen break. Otherwise no issues. Just maintain good hygiene by washing it regularly before and after use.

Menstrual Cup is a better option.. It is a bit difficult to use initially.. and it requires frequent emptying...in initial flow..

hELLO, You can opt for it if you wish to and depending on the flow , you have to decide the size . It cups the cervix and keeps the flow inside and can be changed regularly.
